All of our plans include a hefty chunk of DNS queries and record activations, but if you have a busy month and go over, don’t worry, we won’t stop delivering your traffic. You’ll be billed overage rates for your additional usage. You can see the pricing for your plan in the Plan & Billing page in my.nsone.net — click on “Show Plan Details”.

Customers on a Startup Plan will be automatically billed any incurred overages, or will need to provide a valid credit card to continue usage.
If you are consistently incurring overages, we recommend upgrading your plan to the next tier. You can upgrade right in in the NSONE portal on the Plan & Billing page.
Already a customer? Pro tip: We can also send you alerts when you are nearing your included usage. You can control your overage alert settings on the Plan & Billing page in the NSONE portal.
*We bill based on the number of unique DNS records active under your account in the month. If you create a record and delete it a few days later, the record counts toward your usage. Any records active at the start of the month are considered active in the month. If you create a record, delete it, and re-create a new record with the same domain and record type later on, these are two separate record activations.
